These works explore collage and assemblage using fragments of fired clay and earth pigments derived from locally foraged clay. Ceramic pieces and pigment-marked papers are layered and reassembled through an intuitive process, allowing forms and relationships to emerge instinctively. The works explore surface, material memory, and clay as both medium and ground.
